Returns Policy -Due to the bespoke nature of the goods we are unable to offer a refund. We are however happy to offer a repair or replacement service. We will arrange a repair, replacement or gift certificate as appropriate. Exchanges are offered at our sole discretion. We regret that earrings and custom made items cannot be returned. You must contact us within 7 days to alert us to any problems with the items, return them in their original packaging and provide the sales receipt. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our studio. We recommend that you use a Special Delivery service to insure it against loss or damage whilst in transit. Postage will be refunded only if the item is faulty or an error has been made on our part from the original order.
